Leaders....People who make a difference!

"Leaders are like eagles, they don't flock. You find them one at a time... I do love stories and allow me to share a wonderful story about an unexpected leader, this wonderful story was related by a famous speaker and author Barbara Glanz: A few years ago, she spoke from a supermarket chain. About three weeks later, she got a phone call from a person who said his name was Johnny and that he was a bagger in the store. He also told her that he had a Down Syndrome. Johnny then told Barbara how much he liked what she said about serving customer. That night, he and his father, had set up a document on the computer where every night he would type a thought for the day that he found. He then printed them, cut them out, and signed his name at the back of each slip of paper. The next day as he bagged groceries, he tucked the encouraging thought into each person's grocery bag.
